Spray Cork - Wymondham

External Cracks on the exterior wall and the interior wall had damp penetrating through. After investigating the issue, the problem was the water tracking through the blown sand and cement exterior surface. To resolve this issue it required stripping the external wall back to the timber frame, installed A1 fire rated render board, with a 6mm high polymer base coat and a Spray Cork finish.
